I have been a Director with LMI for 19 years and they have been one of the most rewarding and self-fulfilling periods of my life. In that time, I have worked with a broad range of people from technical experts, and first line managers, to Directors and CEOs. I have experienced a great deal of personal success and motivation in helping them to become more successful in their own definition of success.
This experience has also given me a much greater insight into why I was successful in my career prior to joining LMI. I soon became aware that the LMI approach and its methodology towards developing leaders and managers fitted my own instinctive values, beliefs and determination to reach my goals and lead a balanced life too. I soon became a product of the product.
